Following our successful services based on the book of James throughout September, we are now beginning a series based on the book ‘Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations’.
This challenging book is written by Robert Schnase, an American Methodist Bishop (yes, the Methodist Church has such there!). It is not necessary to have read the book in order to enjoy the services, although there are a few copies in circulation. Speak to Rev'd. Andrew Emison or a steward if you would like to borrow one.
The services in the series are as follows:
October 7th: Radical Hospitality (Rev'd. Claire Heald)
October 14th: Passionate Worship (Mr. Mark Smyth)
October 21st: Intentional Faith Development (Rev'd. Andrew Emison)
October 28th: Risk-Taking Mission and Service (Rev'd. David Copley)
November 4th: Extravagant Generosity (Mrs. Elizabeth Holmes)
