Tickets £6 including tea or coffee and mince pie. There will be an Ecumenical Bible Study on each of the three Fridays in Advent, December 2nd 9th and 16th. It is entitled ‘In God’s Own Time’ and is to be led by Aelison Wilson.

On Remembrance Sunday, 13th November, we will be having three special acts of worship. 9.30am: 0930 Live! 10.45: Morning Worship including our act of remembrance and Holy Communion 6pm: Evening Worship led by Mr Geof Robinson from Helsby It's been three weeks since the last 0930 Live! (because there were five Sundays in October), but we are now back on track and there will be a service this Sunday 13th November. The theme this week is the Parable of the Talents, and it is also Remembrance Sunday. Hope that you can make it, The 0930 Live! team Calling all crafty people. There is an opportunity for anyone who is making crafts to sell at the Christmas Tree Festival to join with others on Tuesday 22nd November at 3.30pm-5pm and 6.30pm to 8pm. Bring your crafts with you, or come and help others. We will be making the decorations for the 0930 Live! Christmas tree too.

All men most welcome to what promises to be a fun social evening. The next youth event will be next Saturday, 19th November, from 4 till 6pm in the Church Hall, Kingsley Road. This time we will be getting fit using the sports games on the Xbox 360 Kinect and then having pizza and cake afterwards just for good measure!! As last time, Church will be open if you would prefer to bring your instruments and just jam, the sports equipment including table tennis and pool tables will be out and we will be making some cakes, or you can just chill and chat!
The next Choir practice, in preparation for the Christmas Candlelight Service, will be held at 6.30 pm on Wednesday, 16th November 2011. All most welcome. You do not have to be a singer or be able to read music, just turn up for a good sing and social too! For more information speak to Valarie Ball.
There will be a Traidcraft stall after morning service every week from the end of October to the beginning of December. There are a number of Christmas gift items, as well as Christmas cards, Divine chocolate Advent calendars, chocolate coins, tree-shaped biscuits and stem ginger cake, plus all the usual items.
For Plas Bellyn this year, Save the Family have requested NEW children’s toys and NEW clothing for mums, dads and children (socks especially for dads). Thank you, in advance, for all your donations at our Gift Service.
