The recent (slightly!) warmer weather has brought out signs of Spring, with lots of new green shoots bursting out to tempt us into the garden, and I can now confirm dates of the next two Quiet Garden Days here at ‘Gilly’s Quiet Garden’, 56 High St., Frodsham.
On Wednesday 8th May there will be a ‘Find your own Space’ day; this is a day for you, with space and time for personal reflection and prayer. Resources will be available to help you draw into God’s presence during the day, which will be mainly in silence. Starting with coffee at 10am and ending around 3.30pm, with a light lunch provided, you are free to make this day your own: indeed you are welcome to come just for the morning or the afternoon, but if this is the case please let me know for catering purposes whether you will require lunch. There is no charge but there will be an opportunity to make a donation to cover costs and towards the work of the Quiet Garden Movement. On Thursday 4th July Andrew and Wendy Rudd will be leading a Creative Quiet day in the garden, more details to follow. To book a place on either of these days contact me, Gill Morgan, by e-mail on gillandgareth@gmail.com (booking essential). You can find out more about the Quiet Garden Movement at www.quietgarden.org. Comments are closed.
