![]() About 30 of us met up at the campsite near Beeston Castle on Sunday and were treated to some wonderful autumn sunshine as we walked across the fields, and the reward of a Tattenhall ice cream at the half-way point. Many thanks to Andrea for doing a recce the previous weekend (in the rain) and for pre-preparing the warming tea that we had round the campfire when we got back to the site. I'm sure that we will do another walk in the near future since this one was so successful. This Friday it's Messy Church (21st October) from 5.15pm and the theme this month is 'Big and Small'. It's a great way to meet with friends at the end of the week and makes for an easy tea (donations requested). All ages are catered for with the craft activities and there is a short worship time before puddings. Then on Sunday it's 0930 Live! (23rd October) and we shall be looking at Matthew 22: 34-46, where Jesus talks about the most important law - that of love. All are most welcome to both these events and we'd love to see you there. The 0930 Live! and Messy Church teams Comments are closed.
